• Recipes: recipe content (titles, ingredients, steps, notes) that you import or create.
• Usage data: app interactions, features used, and crash reports to improve the service.
• Device information: iOS version, device model (for technical support).

• To provide and improve the Lupita recipe service.
• To process recipe imports using AI (Groq API).
• To manage your subscription and import credits.
• To send transactional emails (password reset, account confirmation).
• To operate the referral program.

3. AI Processing

When you import a recipe from a video link, we send the video URL and extracted transcript to the Groq API (operated by Groq Inc.) to extract recipe content. We do not share your personal information with Groq — only the recipe content necessary for processing.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Groq (AI processing), hosting providers.
• Legal obligations: if required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your recipe data.
• Correct or update your account information.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
