These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lupita mobile application. By using Lupita, you agree to these Terms.
Lupita is a recipe management application that allows users to import recipes from video content, create and store recipes, and manage cooking information. Features include AI-powered recipe extraction, ingredient measurement conversion, and cook mode.
You must create an account to use Lupita. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Lupita offers optional paid subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. All payments are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple ID settings.
You retain ownership of recipes and content you create. By using Lupita, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import content from third-party sources.
You may invite others using your unique referral link. Referral credits are awarded when the invited user registers and verifies their account. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
You may not: use Lupita for commercial purposes without permission, reverse engineer the app, create fake accounts to abuse the referral system, or violate any applicable laws.
Lupita is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted recipe content. Always verify ingredients and cooking instructions before following a recipe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lupita.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
