To delete your account and all associated data (recipes, notes, photos), send an email to support@lupita-app.com with the subject line "Delete Account" from your registered email address.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your recipes will be removed.
Each recipe import costs 1 credit. Free accounts get 5 credits. You earn +15 credits when you invite a friend (they get +15 too). Paid plans add monthly credits that expire at the end of the billing period.
Lupita supports recipe import from TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video platforms. Simply paste the video URL in the app.
Make sure the video URL is correct and the video has audio in Russian or English. If the problem persists, contact us and include the video URL.
Go to Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID.
Recipe sharing features are coming soon. Currently you can share recipes via the in-app share button.
